Our inclusive delivery is based on a 3-5 working day service and covers mainland UK excluding locations listed in our terms and conditions. If you require a service for any of the off shore islands, Scottish Highlands or Ireland you will need to contact us for a price. We can offer 2-3 deliveries or a faster service so please contact our sale team to discuss this with you. If you require a faster service please contact us on 01429 264097 or email email@example.com before placing your order. NOTE: This delivery is for the goods to be delivered for the purchaser to be able to off-load. If you need the generator off-loading then please contact us for a hiab delivery quote.
For an overnight delivery to take place the goods would need to be in stock. Our sales team will inform you if your product is out of stock. We can only offer overnight services on certain items from Monday to Friday and cannot offer overnight services on Saturday or Sunday. Overnight service occurs an additional charge so please contact us before buying.
When placing your order please allow between 3–5 working days for your delivery. Our carriers unfortunately don’t offer a guaranteed delivery date but we will do our best to quote you as accurately as possible.
If you require delivery to a different address from the payment card address you must contact us to inform us of this. If you fail to do so it could result in extra delivery charges for re-direction.
If your item is unfortunately out of stock you will be contacted by our sales team to inform you when your delivery will take place. We will offer you the opportunity discuss a possible alternative or a refund.
If nobody is at the delivery address when the courier attempts delivery, the driver will leave you a card with details of how to arrange a more convenient delivery slot, depending on the item this may incur and re-delivery charge.
We try our very best to only display products that are in stock or products that can be dispatched to you quickly direct from the manufacturer. If we are unable to meet our usual delivery times due to certain products being unavailable we will contact you immediately to either offer you an alternative or refund.
At the time of delivery we strongly advise that you check your goods over to ensure that they are in perfect working order and that they are not damaged. If you notice any problems please refuse the goods and contact our sales team to arrange a replacement for you. We do not in any way offer compensation for damaged or faulty items apart from a refund.
