Here at Bellwood Rewinds Limited our philosophy is simple. We provide a fast, high quality service at a reasonable cost. In our 8000 sq. ft. repair workshops we can handle AC and DC electric motors up to 5 tonnes in weight and approximately 500Kw. If you have an electric motor breakdown you can call us 24/7 on our office number and an engineer will be mobilised to your aid. We are agents for TEC Electric motors in the North of England and as such hold large stocks of motors in various sizes, frames & Speeds. Our stock includes 3 phase motors up to 150Kw, ATEX motors and single phase motors. More information can be found by clicking the “new motors” tab above. If you are unsure about what motor you require please call us and we will assist in your choice. New motors are available 24/7 to account customers.

Along side our electric motor repair services we run the generator service division where we can carry out servicing, repairs, modification and load testing of your diesel generator. We can carry out repairs at our works in Hartlepool, or if you require service at your premises we have a dedicated 4×4 site service vehicle that can call at your site. We offer service contracts, load testing and power contingency plans to ensure every eventuality is met. Call the office and speak to a member of the generator service team for more details.

To compliment our generator repairs we also house a new/ used generator showroom where we hold good stocks of new and used generators. We generally hold stock up to 250Kva but can also call on further stock up to 1250Kva if necessary. Being north east Aksa Power Generation agents we hold in stock some of their Perkins and Cummins powered sets, these are available for same day despatch. We also hold stock of good used sets, all of which are fully serviced and load tested prior to despatch. We welcome visitors by appointment to view any of our sets and have no problem carrying out load bank demonstrations if required. Please call our sales team to arrange. Do you have some rotating equipment with vibration problems? If so this could be down to the equipment being out of balance. We offer a dynamic balancing service in house and can balance pieces up to 500kg in weight down to the finest balancing standards. All equipment balanced is returned with a balancing certificate showing initial and residual balance. A high percentage of bearing failures are due to out of balance problems.
